Processing of orders

If you place an order with us without an account, we will use your personal data to process this order properly. We may give your personal data to our distribution center and delivery service to deliver the order to you. We also receive information about your payment from your bank. For this we use your e-mail address, gender and name and address details. We do this to process and deliver your order in the right manner. We keep this information until your order is completed and up to 2 years after delivery to track your order in case there are any problems. Invoice, payment and order information we keep longer due to the statutory tax filing.

Your account

When placing an order in our web shop you have the option to register. You will then provide information about yourself and choose a user name. With this information we create an account, where you can log in with this user name and a self-chosen password. To enable a proper registration and login, we use your payment information, email address, name and address, billing address, phone number and gender. We have a legitimate interest in doing this. We save this information so that you do not have to fill it in again each time and so that we can contact you when processing an order. You can view your personal data at all times via your account. We keep this information until you close your account. If an account is inactive for more than 2 years it will be deleted automatically. Closing your account yourself is only possible on request, any changes within your account can be made when you want.

Webform and Newsletter

With the webforms you can ask us questions, make requests or subscribe and unsubscribe to the digital newsletter. For this purpose, we will use your e-mail address. We do this on the basis of your consent (opt-in). We keep this information until we are sure that you are satisfied with our response and up to 6 months thereafter. This way we can find information for possible follow-up questions.

We offer a newsletter with which we inform interested parties about our products and/or services. Your email address will only be added to the list of subscribers with your permission. This data will be stored until you cancel the subscription. Every newsletter contains a link you can use to unsubscribe.

Advertising

We would like to inform you about offers and new products or services. We do this

- by e-mail (through newsletters)

- Through social media (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn)

You can object at any time to this advertising and have yourself removed from the database. Each newsletter contains an unsubscribe link.

Communication to other companies or institutions

With the exception of our distribution center and the sender, we will under no circumstances give your personal data to other companies or institutions, except if we are legally obliged to do so (for example, if the police requires it in case of suspected crime).

Processing agreement

We have signed a processing agreement with the companies that process our data. This states, among other things, what the personal data may be processed for and what security measures must be taken where the personal data are stored. It also states that the person processing the data must treat it confidentially and may not process it without permission for a completely different purpose than stated in the processor agreement.

We have a processing agreement with Google. This contains strict agreements about what they are allowed to keep track of. We allow Google to use the Analytics information obtained for other Google services. The statistical data is transferred to and stored by Google on servers in Europe and the United States. Please read Google's privacy policy for more information, as well as the specific privacy policy of Google Analytics. For information on how Google is compliant with the GDPR, Google has specific pages: Google Cloud and the GDPR and what Google is doing about data protection. Google may provide this information to third parties if Google is legally required to do so, or insofar as these third parties process the information on Google's behalf. We have no influence on this.
